Built by clinicians, for clinicians.
Founded by Dr. Barbara Howard and Dr. Raymond Sturner, both Developmental-Behavioral pediatricians and faculty at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, CHADIS was created from the inside out. Not by engineers guessing at what clinicians need, but by clinicians who faced the challenges firsthand in their day-to-day clinical work.

CHADIS research, supported by NIH, developed and validated Care Pathways for guideline-based care. Randomized control trials in primary care practices demonstrated superior patient outcomes. Outcome or monitoring questionnaires can be scheduled for post visit follow up. CHADIS is the only health IT platform certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties to develop its own programs providing required Maintenance of Certification (MOC-4) credits for all specialties and PAs.
